Meet Jules Wheeler
Your next chapter doesn’t have to look like your last one.
Wellbeing facilitator, transformational coach and educator. I help women, educators, teams and NDIS participants rebuild confidence, reconnect with themselves and take practical steps towards a more grounded, fulfilling next chapter.
My story
From education to transformation
I began working with young people at 17 through youth and community work, before moving into teaching, training, facilitation, food education, wellbeing and coaching. My career has taken me across London, New Zealand and Australia, through mainstream education, specialist education and personal development.
Across every chapter, the thread has been the same: helping people build confidence, reconnect with themselves and take practical steps towards change. I believe every person’s journey is unique, and that sustainable change needs to feel practical, human and possible.
I also understand what it feels like to reach a point where life no longer fits who you are becoming. My work is rooted in professional experience and lived understanding: burnout, identity shifts, life transitions, and the courage it takes to rebuild. I do this work not as an outside expert, but as someone who knows the landscape women navigate in midlife and beyond.
“Change is not just about thinking differently. It’s about feeling safe enough to become who you are next.”
How I work
Practical, compassionate and deeply human
I bring together coaching, reflective practice, journaling and evidence-informed tools to help you reset, rebuild and take meaningful next steps. This isn’t surface-level motivation or a quick fix. It’s grounded change that sticks.
